Typical. I try my best and at each step my plans are thwarted. For those of you that know me, you know that I don’t give up easily. And this is another one of those times where I don’t think I’m going to be beaten. I need to record an intro, a conclusion, a coming up and a call to action.

Just to then sandwich a remote interview and get it uploaded and published in 3 and a half hours. Will I manage it? Probably not. Bella’s is pumping out the music like Jardin du Roy, the bloke next to me is listening to TikTok videos at full volume and the 5 blokes at the entrance to the coffee shop can possibly be heard in Paris!

And yet, here I am, writing away, like I have all the time in the world. I still need to get Episode 4.1 finished for Tuesday and instead, I’m rushing a podcast special in 36-hours – using a piece of software I’ve never really used before. Oh, for a simple life. But in Paris. Podcasting. With Nev and the boys…
